Mode of operation: Our self-priming gear pumps are rotating displace pumps with external gearing. When the gear turns round the releasing tooth spaces fill up with the medium. The liquid will be transfered along the housing wall to the pressure side. at this side the medium will be displaced from the cogs because of the meshing and pressed through the outlet of the pump into the pressure pipe.
Use and area of application: Our self-priming gear pumps are applied for delivery from nearly all lubricating liquids and – in a special construction – for non-lubricating media, too.
Example of liquids suitable for transport:
Oils, detergents, any other leaches, lubricant, solvent, paints, bitumen, diesel oil and similar liquids.
Examples of applications:
Plant engineering, machine building, gearbox manufacturing, heat- and refrigeration technique, lubrication systems, dosing systems and similar applications.
